Founded in 2012 by a team of experienced engineers, Tranrek is dedicated to delivering high-quality CNC machining and precision manufacturing services. Our mission is to combine advanced technology, optimized machining processes, and efficient production management to provide reliable, cost-effective solutions for global customers.
To better support international clients, we established TJAX in Australia in 2014, creating a global service network that supports customers across Australia, the United States, Canada, and other international markets.
Today, we provide a wide range of precision manufacturing services, including CNC machining, precision metal and plastic part machining, precision forging, and surface finishing processes such as sandblasting and powder coating. We serve industries including medical, automotive, semiconductor, and aerospace, supporting everything from prototype development to high-volume production.

Everything You Need to Know About Working With TJAX
TJAX delivers high-precision machining solutions for industries such as medical, automotive, aerospace, and semiconductor. If you can’t find the information you need, our team is always ready to assist.
TJAX uses world-class CNC machines to deliver consistent quality, tight tolerances, and reliable repeatability. Our workshop is equipped with advanced 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers, allowing us to manufacture complex geometries, multi-face features, and precision components efficiently.
CNC machining offers excellent precision and repeatability. Depending on part geometry and material, TJAX can achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.01 mm.
For best practice, we recommend specifying a general tolerance standard such as ISO 2768 on your drawing. If you have critical dimensions, mark them clearly so we can focus inspection and process control on those features.
In most cases, there is no minimum order quantity (no MOQ) for TJAX CNC machining. We support everything from one-off prototypes to small and medium production runs.
MOQ may apply only when a process requires dedicated tooling, such as extrusion or die casting. Pricing is quantity-dependent because setup and programming costs are amortized across the batch. We typically provide tiered quotations for multiple quantities so you can choose the best cost option.
Our standard production lead time is typically around 4 weeks after order confirmation.
For urgent projects, we can offer quick-turn CNC machining in as fast as 24 hours when materials and capacity are available. Material lead times vary by market availability and can range from a few days to longer for special grades.
Yes. Every part goes through our quality process, including first article inspection, in-process inspection, and final QA based on internal sampling plans.
A measurement report / inspection report can be provided upon request at the time of order.
