TJAX CNC machining services support a wide range of metals and plastics, including:

We source materials only from well-known, trusted suppliers. RoHS and REACH compliance certificates are available upon request. If you need a specific grade (e.g., 6061 vs 7075 aluminum, 304 vs 316 stainless), contact us and we’ll recommend the best material for your custom CNC machined parts.

TJAX offers a range of secondary operations and finishing processes to deliver fully finished CNC machined parts. Our in-house capabilities include 3D printing, sand blasting / bead blasting for uniform surface finishes, and powder coating for durable and visually appealing protective coatings. These processes help improve surface quality, appearance, and functionality of machined components.
In addition to our internal capabilities, we work with trusted suppliers to provide additional post-processing services such as anodizing, overmolding, and other specialized finishing processes.
TJAX works with trusted partners to supply raw or near-net-shape parts before CNC finishing, including sheet metal fabrication, plastic moulding (injection moulding), extrusion, and die casting.
These pre-operations can reduce material waste and machining time, helping deliver faster and more cost-effective production while still achieving final precision through CNC machining.
For low-volume orders, we ship via major international express couriers, with typical delivery times of about 1 week to most countries.
For mass production, we also offer air freight and sea freight (container shipping) depending on cost and schedule requirements. Shipping options and estimates are provided during the quotation stage.
