TJAX CNC Machining partnered with a leading aerospace manufacturer to produce highly complex flow control components, including valve housings, manifolds, and actuator bodies for aircraft fuel and hydraulic systems.
Using advanced 5-axis CNC machining on premium aerospace-grade aluminium (6061-T651 and 7075), we delivered parts with ultra-tight tolerances, intricate internal geometries, thin walls, and superior surface finishes while maintaining exceptional dimensional stability and minimal deformation.
All components met stringent aerospace quality standards through rigorous inspection and process control. This project highlights TJAX’s capability to deliver the highest precision and complexity required in safety-critical aerospace applications.
