We are providing precision CNC machining services for the enclosure and critical components of a next-generation gas detector designed to detect hazardous gases. The project involves machining the main housing, sensor mounting plates, mounting brackets, and internal structural features using high-quality Aluminium 6061-T651,PVC and PC, selected for its excellent machinability, strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and thermal conductivity. Key requirements include tight tolerances (±0.05 mm to ±0.1 mm) on sensor alignment and sealing surfaces, uniform wall thickness to minimise deformation, smooth surface finishes suitable for anodising or powder coating, and design features that support IP67 environmental protection, easy assembly, and reliable sensor performance. Utilising optimised 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling strategies with symmetrical machining and controlled heat management, we will deliver durable, lightweight, and dimensionally stable parts that ensure long-term reliability and professional appearance, with scalability from rapid prototypes through to small-to-medium production runs.
